Maple Dale Cheese

Now Maple Dale is a family run business, located on Highway 37, just 10 minutes north of Belleville, Ontario. Our plant has grown to a footprint of 40,000 square feet, and accommodates production areas, cutting and packaging facilities, offices, warehouses, and our retail store. We are proud to be a HACCP registered company, with food quality and safety our priority.

Our cheesemaker Wayne Lain is a fourth generation artisan, and continues to make cheese the way his father taught him, with no shortcuts. We handcraft 100% farm fresh Canadian milk into approximately 1 million kilograms of cheese a year, creating a variety of fresh, aged, flavoured and specialty cheddars. Fresh curd is always available, try out some of our flavoured varieties for a tasty snack.
