We have a momma cat and 3 babies going up for adoption! They were brought in from the Trenton MFRC several weeks ago. The cat had birthed and raised her kittens in a groundhog hole! The staff were thankfully able to live trap the kittens and bring them and their mom to us for care. They had multiple ticks, fleas, roundworms and were also treated for clostridium, which had been causing severe diarrhea. Since coming in, the kittens have made some amazing progress, but are still very nervous. The momma cat has been an affectionate, loving girl from the moment she arrived. She is spayed and ready to go to her new home. Through an amazing partnership with Fixed Fur Life, we were able to provide the care and temporary homes for this little family. To adopt, apply through the Fixed Fur Life website and specify on your application that the cats are at Quinte Animal Hospital! Paper applications are also available on site if needed. https://www.fixedfurlife.com/#QuinteAnimalHospital #Rescuecats #FixedFurLife
